I have been asked how to remove the screen from this model. It is not obvious but it can be done. The screen holds the steering column and bonnet (hood) in place. The screen itself is located in two slots either side, and by a tab that fits into a slot located centrally. This slot is then crimped to hold the screen in place. If the screen is to be replaced then it can be removed by pulling from the center with pliers. Twist laterally not forwards and backwards. If the screen is to be retained, gently ease the crimped metal open with a watchmakers screwdriver./images/tmp_101_5306-1841859146.jpg)
